Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and will refund the applicable product price, shipping fee, and consumption tax.

. Please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • ・If more than 5 days have passed since delivery
  • ・Products that have been used or worn once, or products that have become dirty or damaged while in the customer's possession
  • ・Products that have been washed or processed by the customer (hemming, etc.)
  • ・Innerwear, socks
  • ・Products marked as non-returnable

*Please note that if you return products without permission or make repeated returns or cancellations due to personal reasons, and we determine that you no longer wish to purchase, we may not be able to accept your subsequent orders.

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
